Super Quick Thin and Crispy Ham Pizza
Super quick pizza in minutes! A great way to use up tortilla wraps that are not as soft as they once were.
Ingredients
- 60g cooked ham, cut into strips
- 35g reduced-fat Cheddar cheese or reduced-fat mozzarella
- 1 large soft tortilla wrap
- 0.5 small red pepper, deseeded and diced
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 medium tomato, deseeded and diced
- 1 tsp Italian dried herbs
- 1.5 tbsps tomato puree
- 4 black olives, sliced (optional)
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 200C,400F, Gas mark 6.
- Place the tomato puree in a small bowl with the herbs and 2 tsps of water and mix well. Spread the tortilla wrap evenly with the tomato paste mixture.
- Arrange the chopped ham, red pepper and the diced tomato over the pizza base.
- Sprinkle over the cheese and olives if using. Then season with some freshly ground black pepper.
- Place onto a pizza or baking tray and place in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and it starting to bubble.
- Serve hot or cold
