Ingredients

  • 60g cooked ham, cut into strips
  • 35g reduced-fat Cheddar cheese or reduced-fat mozzarella
  • 1 large soft tortilla wrap
  • 0.5 small red pepper, deseeded and diced
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 medium tomato, deseeded and diced
  • 1 tsp Italian dried herbs
  • 1.5 tbsps tomato puree
  • 4 black olives, sliced (optional)

Method

  • Pre-heat the oven to 200C,400F, Gas mark 6.
  • Place the tomato puree in a small bowl with the herbs and 2 tsps of water and mix well. Spread the tortilla wrap evenly with the tomato paste mixture.
  • Arrange the chopped ham, red pepper and the diced tomato over the pizza base.
  • Sprinkle over the cheese and olives if using. Then season with some freshly ground black pepper.
  • Place onto a pizza or baking tray and place in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and it starting to bubble.
  • Serve hot or cold
