Ingredients

  • 80g  linguine pasta  or  spaghetti, dry weight  
  • 1  vegetable stock cube  
  • 15g  chopped walnuts  
  • 2 tsps vegan basil pesto

Method

  • Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil and addthe vegetable stock cube, allow to dissolve then add the linguine pasta andcook until your liking (10-12 minutes).
  • Drain the pasta and return to the saucepan, add thepesto and stir gently.
  • Transfer to a warmed pasta bowl and top with thechopped walnuts and serve straight away.
