When Angie Wolfe’s GP wanted to put her on statins at the age of 47 due to her excess weight and family history of heart disease and stroke, she knew she had to make some serious life changes.

After joining our online club she dropped from almost 12 stone to just over 8, and is now a dress size 8. She has been crowned ‘ Life-changing Slimmer of the Year’.

After battling with her weight and depression for years, mum-of-two Angie, from Coalville in Leicestershire, has completely turned her life around. She says: “I loved online from the start. I use a ‘fitbit’ that I can synchronise with the site, which motivates me to stay active. I’ve been using Rosemary’s 3-2-1 diet, which is fantastic and meant that, on my wedding day to my long-term partner last June, my wedding dress was a size 10 and I felt fabulous.

“I never envisaged that I would be able to use an online site, let alone that it would work for me. But I can, and it does! I weigh less now than I ever have in my adult life. I no longer feel like I am dragging myself around, and have loads more energy. I feel that this has given me my life back”
