Heat a frying pan and add a couple of sprays of the rapeseed oil spray
Add the garlic and spring onion and cook for 1-2 minutes then add the remaining vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add the prawns and chilli sauce with 1 tablespoon of hot water and cook until the prawns have turned pink.
Season with a little soy sauce, and divid the mixture between the two broghies and top with the fresh chilli if using
Serve straight away
