There's nothing like that warming feeling from a hearty homecooked meal!
1. Preheat a non-stick saucepan. Dry fry the onion and garlic until soft. Add the chicken and coriander and cook for 1-2 minutes drizzling with the soy sauce.
2. Add the mushrooms including the liquid, stock and potatoes, and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for 55 minutes in the saucepan or in a slow cooker. Thicken the sauce with 1 tablespoon chicken gravy granules.
3. Serve with steamed vegetables.
